If you use our product cart, your selections are stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) so your cart persists between visits. We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests and inquiries, provide the services you've asked about, and communicate with you about your order or request. 6. International Data Transfers
Iceberg Global Trading operates across China, Lebanon, and Germany. Data you submit may be processed by team members in any of these locations as part of normal business operations. Where personal information is transferred outside mainland China, we take reasonable steps consistent with PIPL's cross-border transfer requirements, appropriate to the nature and scale of the data involved. We take reasonable steps to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.
7. Cookies
This site uses two categories of storage: (1) Strictly necessary — used for core functionality like your shopping cart, stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers; these do not require consent. (2) Analytics — used only if you accept them via our cookie banner, to help us understand site usage. Analytics cookies are not activated until you give consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
8. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate this website and respond to your requests: our web hosting provider, our email delivery service, our payment processor (Stripe) for completed purchases, and (if you accept analytics cookies) our analytics provider. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This website and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
